Child Safety Standards

1. Scope and commitment

HADIA Center for Social Excellence is committed to protecting children and preventing the misuse of Hudawi for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). For these standards, a child is anyone under 18.

2. Prohibited conduct and content

Hudawi strictly prohibits:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including links to or requests for such material.
• Sexual exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or solicitation involving a child.
• Sexualized depictions or comments involving children, whether real, generated, or altered.
• Creating, uploading, storing, sharing, distributing, buying, selling, or facilitating access to CSAM.
• Attempts to move prohibited conduct to another service or arrange offline abuse through Hudawi.

3. Report a child safety concern

Members can report concerns inside the Hudawi app:

1. For a member profile, open the profile's flag action and choose Report profile.
2. For a community post, open the post options and choose Report post.
3. HADIA or the relevant community moderators will receive the report for review.

You may also email hadiacentral@gmail.com with the subject “Hudawi child safety concern.” Include the profile or community name and enough context to locate the content, but do not download, copy, attach, or forward suspected CSAM.

4. How HADIA responds

When a report or detection indicates possible child exploitation, HADIA may:

• Promptly review and restrict access to the reported content or account.
• Remove prohibited content and suspend or permanently terminate involved accounts.
• Preserve relevant records when lawful and necessary for investigation or reporting.
• Cooperate with competent law-enforcement and child-protection authorities.

5. Reporting to authorities

HADIA complies with applicable child-safety laws. Apparent CSAM and child exploitation will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate regional or national authorities where required by applicable law. HADIA will respond to valid legal requests and take steps necessary to protect children and preserve relevant evidence.
