Kashmir: The Kashmir Valley is embracing a new taste of Islamic artistic values. Under the auspices of the Hadia National Education Council, the Parvaz Arts Competitions have commenced with great enthusiasm across 11 ranges in two regions of Kashmir. The public is warmly welcoming this new style of arts competitions in Maktabs (Islamic schools). People see it as a platform for students to showcase their talents and boost their self-confidence. In many ranges, there has been tremendous participation from the students. Hadia Kashmir is now gearing up to witness large-scale regional-level competitions after completing the range-level contests.
