Doha: The Episteme 24 intellectual gathering organized under the auspices of Qatar Hadia successfully concluded. The meeting, chaired by Qatar Hadia President Abdul Malik Hudawi, featured the inauguration speech by Professor Husain Muhammad Naeemul Haq, a faculty member of the Ibn Khaldun Center at Qatar University. He emphasized the importance of maintaining traditional values in religious matters while engaging with contemporary liberal ideas that are often trivialized in the digital age. The event was organized into three sessions, with young thinker and head of the Department of Islamic Studies at Darul Huda University, Abdul Rasheed Elamkulam, presenting the topic. He cautioned against the emerging neo-liberal trends in society due to the excessive influence of social media and urged vigilance towards the religious negation thoughts that often lurk behind modernist rhetoric. During the event, certificates were awarded to the students of the fourth batch who successfully completed the public education program "CBIS," organized under the supervision of Qatar Hadia, along with the inauguration of classes for newcomers, conducted by former president Murshid Thangal Hudawi.
